  3. Don't get either, get a MAC! Spend the extra money and save yourself from the PC demons!
  4. Please fix your question, your cut and paste made it reallllllllllllll long! Okay as to which computer, well that depends on what you want to do on it. Personally i believe that most people don't need the power that is in the new computers, When looking for a computer, one should know how they are going to use it. For example, if one is going to surf the net, and use the word processor and maybe a spread sheet, some occasional play time of DVD's and CD's, then you don't need all that for a machine. But, if you are going to be doing some serious number crunching and heavy graphics like CAD or video/graphical processing then more machine may be called for. Don't buy into the hype and do what the marketing slick willies tell you to do. Know your need and buy accordingly. This will also save you some cash.
