Comparison between these processors?
I would like to get a comparison between AMD-turion dual core processors and intel core-2-duo processors. I plan to take a lap, so which would be best suited in terms of their perfomance and power consumption wise? Could anybody please help?

- This is actually not even a fair fight... the intel core 2 duo not only run a far superior power saving mode the the equivalent turions but the are also nearly 35% faster, and generally have a much better performance to dollar ratios as well...Get the Intel and you won't be disappointed.
